OMGA V 235 is the latest generation vertical Double Miter Saw from OMGA; the V 235 is the result of 30 years of experience in this field. This compact and powerful system comes equipped with all features and patented devices that OMGA designed throughout the years, such as the ProfilBlock clamping system or the popular patented Scaled Tables to name a few. The vertical travel system along with its 2 powerful 2 HP motors, make of the V 235 the perfect choice for accuracy and toughness in a variety of application for the picture frame, cabinet and millwork industries. Because of its versatility the V 235 is well suited to be connected with an OMGA Stop creating a truly integrated system which can be configured in a variety of levels of automation to fulfill the most demanding mitering tasks. Optional equipment such as Scaled Table Extensions, Dust collecting Systems, additional Moveable Stops, Aluminum version Kit and others, can be added to further complete the standard machine.
Standard Equipment:OMGA V 235 , 230 volt – 3 phase power, ready for operation, including infeed support table, right hand side manually adjusted length stop, air filter-regulator-lubricator assembly installed, two-hand safety operation, flow control valves for saw blade feed rates , emergency-stop-switch, manual and toolkit.Machines can also be ordered for 208 volt, 3 phase and 460 volt, 3 phase power at no extra cost - be sure to have a qualified electrician verify on-site power and specify desired voltage when ordering. V235 Machining sequence:
- Operator activates push buttons on front console – vertical pneumatic clamps secure material on table.
- Saw blades cut through material and retract up to their home position.
- Pneumatic clamps release material.
