MORSØ-F standard, foot-operated miter machine with safety guard, waste chute, sliding longitudinal stop, colored measuring scale, adjustable fence (45°-90°) on both sides of the blades and adjustable rabbet supports.
Cuts hard wood, soft wood, plastic and MDF.
This twin-blade guillotine cuts double miter at 45° and single miter up to 90°. Tenon, mortise joints and a wide variety of angled cuts can also be made.
The miter machine leaves the cut surface of the wood perfectly smooth and accurate, requiring no further preparation before joining. The horizontal movement of the knife block is incrementally wise adjustable. The vertical movement of the knife block is also adjustable. The sliding longitudinal stop and the measuring scale ensure accurate repeat work.
The special lever system ensures a very easy operation of the machine. Twin return springs automatically bring the blades back to the starting position.
This Morso F standard model is intended for tip-to-tip measurements, for example cabinet doors, drawer fronts, etc. - see differences between standard and Deluxe models below.
Difference between MORSO standard models vs MORSO Deluxe models:1. Standard models have a simple tape scale attached to the top of the aluminum fence rail. The scale works for tip-to-tip measurements but does not offer rebate measurements as needed for picture framing.2. Deluxe models have the large, 8" wide color coded scale attached to the table tops, not to the fence rails. The angled lines in 1/8" increments allow for quick and precise rebate measurements.3. Standard models are shipped with one cast-iron extension table on the right hand side.4. Deluxe models are shipped with two cast-iron extension tables and an adjustable support leg for the right hand side.For picture framing operations the deluxe models are truly the best choice.
