Hoffmann Routing Stroke Limiter is an add-on accessory for the manual MU3 and MU3-D dovetail routing machines.
The Routing Stroke Limiter is installed on the hold-down bar and when adjusted correctly, it will eliminate the chance of routing all the way through the material.The Limiter's reference tab will touch the top of the center line locator when the desired height is reached, thus keeping the router bit from traveling higher and breaking through the top of the material.The routing Stroke Limiter will only work on manual MU3 and MU3-D machines and it is not compatible with older Hoffmann MU-2 or X-Line machine models.
