MORSØ-EHXL offer an extra wide maximum cutting width of 150mm = 6" and a maximum moulding thickness of 250mm = 10"!! The machine is a fully automatic, electro-hydraulic miter cutting machine with a dual hand release. This makes the machine absolutely safe to operate as it is impossible to start the machine and touch the knives at the same time.
With MORSØ-EHXL you achieve a clean, smooth cut as the workpiece is automatically cut twice as long as both push buttons are activated at the same time . The cutting time varies from 1 second and up, depending on the thickness of the workpiece. Having finished the cutting, the knife block automatically returns to the starting position.
The starting position (horizontal movement) is adjustable up to 100mm/4” (Maximum width of workpiece is 150mm/6”). From 100mm and up, the MORSØ-EHXL will automatically cut the workpiece bit by bit. The adjustment is made by a handle on the front of the MORSØ-EHXL. The vertical movement of the knife block is also adjustable with three different heights, depending on the thickness of the workpiece (small, medium or large).
These adjustments allow the MORSØ-EHXL to give you a clean and more constantly accurate cut.
Morsø-EHXL is CE approved.
