Shutter Frame Fixture Kits hold plantation shutter frame moulding securely in position during the dovetail keyway routing operation. Horizontal pneumatic clamps work in combination with the machines’ standard vertical clamps for utmost accuracy and repeatability. Details:The fixtures are designed to clamp moulding from the outside against the inside “step” of the frame stock.This assures properly aligned inside corners even if the material varies slightly in width. Any offset will be seen on the outside corner where it is easily sanded flush.
Complete Kits include:
- Galvanized steel center plate with single (PU2) or dual (PP2) horizontal clamping cylinders (1)
- Set of left and right hand Inside Corner Fences with locking levers and height extensions (2)
- Set of two left and two right hand flip-stops for installation in T-slots on top of machine back fence (3)
- Set of two small square stops for installation in recessed fence rail (4)
- Wide vertical material clamp plate with dual guide rods (PU-2 only) (5)
- Pneumatic tubing and push connector to attach fixture kit to machine’s pneumatic circuit (6)
