Our hand-held Panel Carrier Komfort 60-120mm features innovative, self-locking clamping jaws to securely hold panels up to 65mm or 2 9/16” thick. This is a professional-duty carrier with a larger clamping range up to 4 3/4" - ideal for interior and exterior doors, windows and panels from 2 3/8" up to 4 3/4" thick. The carriers are made of thick steel with a rust-proof, galvanized finish and can hold up to 100Kg or 220 lbs. each.
The carrier is easily slipped into place along the vertical edge or top of the panel and its one-handed operation allows for fast grabbing and removal, with no manual clamps to tighten or release.

The most important feature is the specially formulated red rubber layer on the spring-loaded jaws which grips panels made of sheet goods such as MDF, particle board, plywood, laminate, solid-surface countertops as well oil-free metal sheets. 
These panel carriers are ideal for any size shop, they allow for best possible positioning along the edges of panels to assure ergonomic carrying positions for workers of any height and stature.
Aside from making carrying panels more secure and comfortable, using these carriers may reduce the chance for back strain or possible injury by avoiding having to reach all the way to floor to lift a panel at the bottom edge. The chance for hand injuries due to a sharp-edge panel slipping through a workers hand is also reduced.
