Hoffmann router motor, type 530-FM, for 120 volt
Hoffmann X-18 and X-20 dovetail routing machines come equipped with a 530 watt HOFFMANN router motor, turning the router bit at 29,000 rpm.
These motors are build to our specifications in Germany, and have proven their reliability in woodworking shops worldwide.
- Standard motor for X-Line dovetail routing machines.
- Capable of routing keyways for W-0, W-1, W-2 and W-3 Dovetail Keys.
- Motors are shipped complete with power cord and 1/4" collet.
- Motors also fit older eXess, X-15 and X-25 dovetail routing machines
Important Installation Note:
Replacement motor must be installed and connected exactly as the original Hoffmann motor. The power cable must be connected to the limit switch on the machine to cycle the motor on and off. If motor is connected to constant power it may fail prematurely. Improper installation and connection voids the warranty.
